Okay, you found me. Hopefully there's some photographs in my galleries you'll find of interest. I hope only to showcase my "best" work. I think you're only as good as your worst photo, so I'm trying my damnest to not include any crap in here. No turds. No stinking piles of merde. It appears there is either a general lack of photographic skills among most railfans, or they just don't give a crap what they upload. Hey, the space is free, huh? So finding top-quality stuff on railroad photo sites is often a futile or head-bashing exercise in wondering "where is it?" I hope my stuff doesn't fit into these categories. I've tried to make the best scans I can on the files created from slides or negatives, and that includes color correction, contrast and brightness correction, cropping and straightening and some minor sharpening. Editing railroad photographs. Huh, what a concept.

My photos are usually not the standard 3/4 meat-n-potatoes TQBR shots that most fans are satisfied with. My philosophy is that if you're going to spend your valuable time and money making railroad photographs, they should be the best photographs you can create. I don't mean this to sound elitist or snobbish, but it is my driving force behind what I shoot.

So, I hope there's something in here that's of interest to you. And if there is, please drop a comment in there. . . there's probably 10 billion photographs on this website, and getting a photograph looked at--commented on--is like a single tree falling in a 10000 acre forest.
